So how does it work? We believe in keeping things simple. As a member of the Tulip Mania Wine Club, you will receive 4 bottles of wine shipped to you 4 times a year! Shipments are sent in February, May, September & November.
Each shipment is only $60.00*!

4 SHIPMENTS per year containing four bottles of wine conveniently charged to your credit card and delivered to your home or office. If you live near one of our tasting rooms, you can pick them up in person. Shipments are sent in the months of February, May, September, and November. We do all the work, you just have to wait for the wine!
WE ARE A GREEN WINE CLUB! All of the materials related to your shipment can be conveniently downloaded from the membership lounge, reducing printed materials. Feel confident that 100% of your shipment can be recycled ...after the bottles are empty!

Club membership is ongoing and must be canceled in writing. Cancellations must be received via mail, fax or e-mail 30 days prior to the next shipment. Please remember that it is your obligation to notify Tulip Hill of any address changes before wine is shipped. Tulip Hill will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments. For all wine club shipments picked up at our tasting rooms, club members have 30 days after the wine is released. After 30 days the wine will be shipped at the member’s expense.
Our wine club office is located in Cathedral City, California ...I know...how did that happen? Just read "Our Story" it will all make sense. We are located within the administrative office and can answer your questions, check on shipments, take your orders over the phone, and anything else that satisfies your Tulip Hill wine needs.

- How many bottles will I receive?
We send 4 bottles in each shipment.
- How many shipments a year?
Four shipments a year each containing four bottles. If you just to do the math, that is a total of 16 bottles of wine for just $240 (plus tax and shipping where it applies)... that's just $15.00 a bottle on wines that retail for $18-$40. I know, crazy, isn't it?
- What months will I receive my club shipments?
Wine club shipments are sent out mid-month in February, May, September & November. Depending on extended summer heat, the September shipments may be delayed until the end of the month.
- Does someone need to be home to receive the shipment?
Yep. Law requires that only someone 21 years or older can sign for the package. We recommend that if you can, have your shipment sent to your place of work or to a neighbor that you know will be home...if you offer to share a taste or two, they might be willing to help out.
- Can I pick up my wine at the tasting room?
Absolutely! If you live close to our tasting room you can set up your club shipments for pick-up in Rancho Mirage. If you are going to be visiting our tasting room during a shipment, just call the wine club office to request a pick-up the month prior to the shipment, and we will adjust your account for a visit.
How do you ship?
For our club members, we only ship through UPS via ground service, insured and require an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. An adult must be present to receive the shipment... our shippers cannot leave a wine club package without an adult present.
- Can I substitute the wines in the shipment for a different wine?
Nope. We hand pick the wines based on the newest releases and quality, and just ask you to trust what we have selected for you to enjoy. If one of the wines is not a varietal that you would normally partake, we encourage you to give it a try...you might love our style on that varietal. Another option is to save it as a gift for a friend or family member or as a hostess gift.
- What is a weather hold on a shipment?
Weather holds are when the temperatures in either your area or the areas your wine will be passing through are too extreme for the wine to arrive in its best quality. If weather delays a shipment we will post it in the member lounge and communicate with you via email.
- Do I get a discount?
Absolutely! Discounts not only on your shipments that are upwards of 50% off, but also extended discounts for re-orders of wines in club shipments, two killer coupons that you will want to take advantage of in every shipment, and 20% off purchases EXCEPT artwork, this is 10% off, at our tasting rooms phone, fax and online orders for wine and non-wine items. I know ...wondering why you didn't join sooner?
- Do my friends get complimentary tastings too?
Absolutely...if they join the Tulip Mania Wine Club. Refer your friends to join and receive a selected bottle of wine for just $1! Now you and your friend can save and share a few glasses of Tulip Hill together. (Tasting limited to just 5 wines, no more than a total of 6 ounces for members.)
- Can I give a membership as a gift?
Please do...we will take very good care of the lucky recipient. You can do this through our online store, phone order directly to our wine club office, or through our tasting rooms. Feel free to include a note when filling out the application, and we will send it along with their welcome letter to the club.
